The few issues that arose had to do with billing. The staff there is not only nice but responsive and took care of solving any problems we had. Not a big issue, still had a pleasant stay. The only drawback was that it was really loud when it turned on…but so was my neighbor which I could easily hear from a door that connected both our rooms. The climate control was responsive and did a good job of maintaining the desired temperature. There was plenty of USB ports and outlets all over the room. The hotel has very nice decor and an indoor swimming pool with a large area to lounge. They do have overpriced soda ($3 for a 20oz bottle) in their convenience area near the front desk.I stayed there three weeks on a business trip. Nothing in close proximity as far as shopping or dining other than the hotel restaurant and a Starbucks in the lobby. Hot tub is very hot! Not a bad stay, but far from the best. The Pool and Hot Tub: though it is a small pool it is heated and very relaxing. Ducks and geese were relaxing to watch on the grounds and in the water. The View: There is a small man made lake on the property with a walk-way all the way around. ![]() Room service staff were prompt, and the food was delicious. The Service: The front desk staff was VERY polite. I am normally a VERY sound sleeper, but even I was awoken several times by all these factors. My room was also near an outside entrance and suffered the noise as such here too. It was however drowned out by the noise from the rooms above and around you. Noise from passing cars on I-80 could be heard at all times. The location is very near to the airport, and I-80. I stayed at the Double Tree for 4 nights while in town on business. ![]() My initial reaction was "This is awesome!" As the week went on.
